Join a busy Capital Markets and Securities team in Calgary as a mid-level associate (3–6 years). The practice handles public and private capital markets work, public M&A and ongoing securities/regulatory matters.

The role involves advising issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders on domestic and cross-border public offerings (including IPOs) and private placements; supporting public M&A transactions (plans of arrangement, take-over bids and reorganizations); and assisting clients with corporate governance, stock-exchange compliance and continuous disclosure obligations.

3–6 years of securities / capital markets experience at a law firm (public offerings, IPOs, and/or public M&A)
Demonstrated transactional drafting and deal-execution skills
Experience with stock-exchange and continuous disclosure/regulatory compliance
Strong teamwork, client communication and commercial judgment
