Join a national corporate tax team at a prominent Australian law firm’s Brisbane office. The group advises on complex corporate tax matters, including tax structuring, financing, tax due diligence, contract drafting, employment taxes and general income tax advice across M&A, divestments and capital reorganisations.

The role involves working closely with senior tax partners and the wider national team on industry-leading mandates. The firm supports hybrid/sustainable working practices and provides access to legal innovation tools and resources to increase efficiency and technical excellence.

At least 3 years' post-admission experience with a strong tax technical background
Experience in law firms, Big Four professional services firms or government tax teams
Proven income tax research skills and ability to prepare clear written and verbal tax advice
Strong plain-English drafting, attention to detail and client-focused mindset; comfortable working in collaborative teams
