Join a well-regarded UK tax team advising corporate clients on transactional and standalone tax matters. The team covers corporate tax, VAT, international tax issues, tax disputes and tax aspects of M&A and reorganisations, and provides support on share incentive arrangements and tax-efficient investment schemes.

The role involves fee-earning work across a mix of advisory and transactional matters, drafting and negotiating tax documents, preparing applications to HMRC and supporting client-facing meetings. The team operates a hybrid working policy with flexibility to work remotely up to 50% of the time.

2–5 years PQE in corporate tax or equivalent transactional tax experience
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail; experience preparing tax clearances and share incentive documentation
Confident client-facing ability and commercial awareness
Organised, able to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
IT literate and proficient with MS Office; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
