Associate, Corporate (Transactional) — New York

Top-tier law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its corporate transactional team in New York. The role involves contributing to the execution of complex corporate transactions across industries, working on deal documentation, due diligence, and coordinated project management with senior lawyers.

Associates will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have exposure to sophisticated cross-border and domestic matters. Multiple U.S. offices are involved in recruiting for the group.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar admission or eligibility to waive/obtain admission
• Prior experience on corporate transactional matters (deal documentation, diligence, closing processes)
• Strong drafting, analytical and project-management skills; ability to work effectively on teams under deadline pressure
• Excellent academic record and clear interest in a transactional corporate practice
