Associate — Corporate (Transactional) | Rome

Private practice opportunity in a major international firm’s Rome office for an associate interested in corporate transactional work. The team advises on a range of cross-border and domestic corporate matters and values collaborative, commercially minded lawyers.

This is an open call for talented candidates whose experience and interests align with corporate transactional practice. The office offers exposure to international transactions and teamwork across jurisdictions.

• Qualified to practise in Italy (or equivalent qualification) or working towards qualification
• Experience or strong interest in corporate transactional matters
• Excellent drafting, commercial judgment and communication skills
• Fluency in Italian and strong working knowledge of English
