Associate — Corporate / Transactional, Santiago

Senior associate opportunity to join a busy corporate and transactional practice in Santiago. The role combines day-to-day corporate advisory work with participation in cross-border and domestic transactions, including M&A, reorganizations and joint ventures.

The team works on multi-jurisdictional matters for local and international clients in a collaborative, high-performance environment. The position offers exposure to complex transactions and opportunities for professional development within a global platform.

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Chile
• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate and transactional law, with exposure to M&A
• Proven experience with due diligence, drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents
• Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills; able to manage multiple matters in a team setting
• Advanced English (written and spoken); experience coordinating across jurisdictions
