An opportunity has arisen for a corporate tax associate to join a well-regarded tax practice in London. The team advises on the tax aspects of a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, alongside ongoing advisory work for a diverse client base.

The role sits within a collaborative, international environment where lawyers work closely with colleagues across practices and offices. You will have the chance to take on substantive, client-facing work and to develop your technical and commercial skills with strong support and supervision.

The firm operates a hybrid working model, with the expectation of around 60% of time spent in the office and flexibility elsewhere for the remainder. Qualified solicitor with a corporate tax background, ideally gained at a reputable practice
Experience advising on the tax elements of corporate and commercial transactions
