Senior associate role within a global corporate transactions team focused on Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and related M&A and post-listing compliance work. The team advises on Hong Kong listings, IPOs, secondary offerings, pre-listing restructurings and post-listing regulatory matters across regulated sectors.

The role involves executing the full lifecycle of IPO and M&A matters, drafting prospectuses and Listing Rule disclosures, conducting due diligence and verification exercises, preparing legal opinions, liaising with counterparties and providing on-the-job supervision to junior lawyers. There are opportunities for secondment and international collaboration across the firm’s offices.

Hong Kong-qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in ECM, public and private M&A and post-listing compliance gained at a reputable international law firm.
Proven prospectus and disclosure drafting skills, strong attention to detail and commercial judgement.
Excellent written and oral communication in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency highly desirable.
Team-player who can mentor juniors, work independently, and contribute to business development and department know-how.
