Seeking two junior associates to join a finance practice in Charlotte focusing on corporate trust and structured finance matters. The role sits within a larger Finance & Banking group and will involve supporting a range of capital markets transactions and trust-related documentation.

Successful candidates will work on deal execution, draft and review transactional documents, coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties, and support closing and post-closing processes. The team values strong writing, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

1–3 years PQE in capital markets, structured finance, corporate trust, or related finance practice
J.D. or equivalent degree and active (or eligible) bar admission
Demonstrated experience with structured finance and other capital markets transactions
Excellent drafting and written communication skills; strong academic credentials and interpersonal abilities
