The team manages deputyships, trusts and complex settlements across a varied caseload and is known for a collaborative, client‑focused approach.
This role offers autonomy to run your own property and affairs matters, oversee high‑value settlements and chair annual reviews, while working alongside solicitors and paralegals to deliver seamless client service. There are also opportunities to contribute to business development and client engagement.

- 4–8 years PQE in Court of Protection or private client practice
- Strong knowledge of Court of Protection procedures and deputyship work
- Experience managing complex property, trust and care funding matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication; empathetic approach to vulnerable clients
