Join a dedicated Marine, Trading & Commodities team in Bristol handling a broad spectrum of shipping and trade disputes. The team advises on matters arising from ship, port and cargo interactions, including collisions, marine casualties, goods in transit, employers' and public liability, occupational disease and inquest work.

The role offers ownership of a mixed caseload spanning pre‑litigation to multi‑track litigation, including catastrophic injury and high‑value international matters. You will work with insurers, P&I Clubs, shipowners, charterers and other maritime stakeholders and support complex, multi‑jurisdictional dispute work while building client relationships.

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent).
Experience handling catastrophic injury, large‑loss personal injury, employers' liability and/or public liability claims.
Experience managing litigated and pre‑litigated claims across a range of values and complexity; exposure to marine liability, shipping or insurance disputes advantageous.
Strong technical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective client and stakeholder communication.
