Mid-level associate opportunity in a national cybersecurity, privacy and data protection practice. The role focuses on counseling clients on privacy compliance, privacy policy development and implementation, cyber-incident response and data-breach notification, regulatory investigations, and related litigation.

The team is integrated across multiple U.S. offices; candidates based in or able to work from San Diego, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, New York or Pittsburgh will be considered. The firm seeks attorneys who can take responsibility on fast-paced matters, collaborate in teams, and communicate technical and legal issues clearly to clients.

Strong legal research, analytical, drafting and presentation skills; ability to manage responsibilities on fast-moving matters.
Excellent academic credentials and ability to work collaboratively across multi-office teams.
