Seeking a mid-level associate to join a national Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection practice. The role involves advising clients on privacy compliance, privacy policy development and implementation, incident response, breach notification, regulatory investigations, and related litigation support.

Ideal candidates will be able to assume responsibility on fast-paced matters, contribute to client counseling and response teams, and work collaboratively across offices. This position may be based in the San Francisco office; candidates willing to work from other U.S. offices in the firm's network will be considered.

3–5 years post-qualification experience at a large law firm practicing privacy, cybersecurity, or related technology regulatory matters
Experience with privacy compliance counseling, incident response, breach notification, regulatory investigations, and litigation support
Strong legal research, analytical, writing and presentation skills; able to manage responsibility on active matters
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams on high-pressure, time-sensitive engagements
Superior academic credentials preferred; application materials to include cover letter, resume, and law school transcript
