Top-tier international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection practice. The role involves counseling clients on privacy compliance, policy development and implementation, cyber-incident response, breach notification, regulatory inquiries, and related litigation.

The team is integrated across multiple U.S. offices; candidates based in or able to work from Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York, or Pittsburgh will be considered. This is an immediate hire for an attorney able to manage responsibilities on fast-paced matters and contribute across transactional, regulatory, and incident-response workstreams.

3–5 years' experience at a large law firm in cybersecurity, privacy, or data-protection matters
Experience with privacy compliance counseling, policy drafting, incident response, breach notification, regulatory investigations, and related litigation
Strong research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills; ability to assume responsibility on matters
Proven team player who works well on fast-paced matters; superior academic credentials preferred
