Leading global law firm seeking associates to join a top-tier Debt Finance practice in the Los Angeles office. The team routinely handles a high volume of borrower- and lender-side financings, including senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt, acquisition financings and loan workouts.

Successful candidates will work on leveraged finance matters often connected to private equity transactions, collaborating with deal teams to structure, document and negotiate complex financings. The role offers significant exposure to high-value, market-facing transactions and senior practitioners.

2–6 years' transactional debt finance experience (structuring, documentation and negotiation of secured and unsecured financings)
Experience with leveraged finance and acquisition financings preferred
Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills
J.D. and admission or eligibility to be admitted in California
