Join a well-established Paris-based debt finance team that handles a full range of bank lending, direct lending and sponsor financing matters for banks, alternative lenders, sponsors, family offices and corporates. The role offers exposure to both transactional and regulatory work on domestic and cross-border assignments.

You will work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with structured training and a mentoring programme for junior hires. The position involves regular interaction with senior lawyers and international counterparts and offers substantive client-facing responsibility.

Degree in law; complementary studies (business school, IEP, or foreign university) a plus
Previous experience in a law firm via internships and/or early-stage collaboration
Fluent English (oral and written)
Demonstrated autonomy, strong team skills and a sense of responsibility
