Leading national finance practice is seeking 2–6 PQE associates to join its Debt Finance team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The team advises on a wide range of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including leveraged and acquisition financings and loan workouts.

Successful candidates will work on complex financings for private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers, contributing to deal structuring, documentation and negotiation across domestic and cross‑border matters. The team is consistently ranked by market publications for borrower-side work.

2–6 years' experience in leveraged finance, acquisition financings, or related debt transactions
Experience structuring, documenting and negotiating secured and/or unsecured financings (senior, mezzanine, subordinated)
Experience with loan workouts and creditor/borrower issues preferred
Strong drafting and deal-management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
