Join a global capital markets team in London focused on derivatives, structured finance/securitisation and related capital markets work. The team advises banks, financial institutions and corporates on a broad range of structured derivative transactions, repo/repackaging structures, structured notes and collateral arrangements.

This role is for a motivated mid‑to‑senior level associate (junior candidates may be considered) to work on negotiating and documenting derivatives transactions, ISDA and credit support documentation, and regulatory and risk‑management matters. You will work alongside senior lawyers on complex, cross‑border mandates in a fast‑paced practice.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (candidates qualified in other jurisdictions may be considered)
Experience at a top UK, US or international law firm with a focus on derivatives and structured finance
Proven experience drafting and negotiating ISDA master agreements, credit support documentation and related derivative trading documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex transactions accurately
Commercially minded, proactive and solutions‑oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
