Apply in confidence →Exciting opportunity for NQ–3PQE real estate lawyers to join a market-leading Housing and Transition Finance group. The role sits embedded within the firm's finance team and is open to candidates for offices in Leeds or London.
You will work predominantly on lender-side real estate matters across large-scale housing and regeneration transactions, including portfolio due diligence, title reporting, and advising on security and property-related conditions precedent across multi-funder financings.
The team handles complex, high-value matters and combines sector-leading expertise with a collaborative, development-focused environment. This is a strong role for candidates who enjoy commercially focused drafting, transaction management and direct client engagement.
- NQ–3PQE in real estate law (UK-qualified).
- Experience carrying out real estate due diligence on portfolios and preparing clear, commercially-focused title reports.
- Familiarity with NHF/CLLS-style certificates of title, charges, leases and other property security documentation.
- Ability to draft and negotiate property security documents (charges, trust deeds, accession deeds, CPs) and manage real estate workstreams on financings.
- Comfortable working on multi-funder/multi-tranche financings and coordinating differing funder requirements.
- Strong commercial judgment, client-focused approach and good teamwork/communication skills; confident with legal technology and document management.
