Senior Real Estate Lawyer — Real Estate (Leeds)

A well-established national practice is seeking a senior real estate lawyer to join its Leeds team, focusing on development and investor-side instructions. The role will handle a mix of acquisitions, disposals, investment work and complex leasing matters for institutional and developer clients.

The successful candidate will join a busy group advising on site assembly, conditional contracts, option agreements, commercial leases and land-use/zoning matters. The role offers client-facing responsibility, transactional drafting and mentoring of more junior fee-earners.

• Established experience advising developers and investors on acquisitions, disposals and investment matters
• Strong leasing experience and knowledge of land use/zoning issues
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent); UK real estate transactional experience
• Track record of managing files and supervising junior lawyers; strong drafting and client relationship skills
