The role involves day-to-day management of commercial property disputes, working closely with transactional real estate colleagues and business services teams to deliver integrated, cost-effective solutions for clients.

Applicants based in regional UK offices are encouraged; the position offers a flexible hybrid working approach across several northern offices.

Qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in commercial real estate litigation.
Technical experience across 1954 Act lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), serving statutory and contractual notices, dilapidations, and landlord remedies (including forfeiture and possession).
Experience of boundary, rights of way, nuisance, trespass and insolvency-related real estate issues.
Client-facing skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage files end-to-end and build lasting client relationships.
Collaborative, positive approach and willingness to work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver efficient solutions.
