Solicitor — Motor Personal Injury, Liverpool

Join a national insurance litigation team handling defended motor personal injury (RTA) claims for insurer clients. The role involves managing a litigated caseload from instruction to resolution and contributing to team development and process improvement.

This is a hybrid role with office attendance in Liverpool two days per week. You will work to client SLAs, use case management systems to drive efficiency, and apply technical expertise to achieve commercial outcomes.

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with demonstrable motor defendant litigation experience
• Experience managing litigated RTA/ motor personal injury caseloads and familiarity with Part 7 Fast Track, OIC and MOJ processes
• Ability to prioritise, meet tight deadlines and work to client SLAs
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and commercial awareness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems (experience with Visualfiles desirable)
