Senior solicitors are sought to join a well-regarded UK specialty insurance team on a hybrid basis. The role is open to candidates in multiple UK offices and involves handling substantial, often complex professional indemnity litigation for a range of professional service providers.

The team routinely defends claims against construction professionals and solicitors, advises on policy coverage and reserving, and works closely with insurers, insureds, experts and counsel. Minimum 5 years PQE (or equivalent)
Established experience in professional indemnity defence, particularly construction/architect or solicitor claims
Proven experience in insurance litigation and policy coverage analysis
Experience of professional risk claims handling and reserving
Good understanding of commercial insurance policies, broker/underwriter/insurer relationships and market practices
Strong legal analysis, drafting, organisation and case management skills; able to manage a caseload with limited supervision
Good communication, teamwork, IT skills and a commercial, client-focused approach; secondment/insurer experience advantageous
