Join a global finance team as an associate in the derivatives and structured products group based in London. The role sits within a wider debt capital markets and structured finance practice and involves advising on on- and off-balance-sheet structured product programmes, securitised and OTC derivatives, hedging arrangements, structured repo and securities lending, repackagings and related regulatory matters.

The role is full time (35 hours/week with core office hours) with a hybrid working approach (up to ~40% remote). You will work on cross-border transactions in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong training and professional development support.

This is a hands-on position that requires strong drafting and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters to tight deadlines while maintaining commercial awareness.

1–3 years post-qualification experience (or equivalent).
Experience in derivatives, structured finance or securitisation work, ideally from a top-tier firm.
Excellent academic record, strong drafting and written communication skills.
Good project management, teamwork and client-facing skills; commercial awareness and attention to billing/fees.
