Senior associate-level role within a regional disputes team based in Dubai, handling high-value cross-border litigation, international arbitration and enforcement work across the UAE and wider GCC.

The role offers exposure to strategically significant, multi-jurisdictional matters for corporates, family offices, financial institutions and sovereign-linked entities. You will support complex dispute strategy, coordinate parallel proceedings and contribute to client-facing workstreams.

This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded international disputes practice and further develop skills in arbitration, commercial litigation and cross-border enforcement within the region.

Qualified lawyer with 3–6 years PQE in dispute resolution.
Strong experience in commercial litigation and/or international arbitration; cross-border matters preferred.
Training at a leading international law firm or equivalent experience.
Proven project-management skills, ability to manage due diligence and multiple parallel matters.
Excellent written and interpersonal skills; able to communicate with clients and senior stakeholders.
Organised, resilient under pressure, proactive and able to work independently and in teams.
