The practice covers commercial, securities, employment, antitrust and intellectual property disputes, post‑M&A litigation and investment-protection cases before national courts, EU institutions and in international arbitration.

Qualified German lawyer with strong examination results (at least "vollbefriedigend")
Very good written and spoken English
Interest in commercial, capital markets and corporate-related disputes
Proactive work ethic, team orientation and willingness to engage in client-facing matters
