Associate — Dispute Resolution (Commercial Litigation) — Manchester

Join a busy Dispute Resolution team in Manchester advising on a broad mix of commercial litigation, insolvency-related disputes and arbitration. The team handles domestic and cross‑border matters across court, tribunal and ADR forums for corporate, financial and professional services clients.

This permanent role offers hands‑on case work on commercial disputes (contractual, post‑transaction claims, directors’ duties, professional negligence), insolvency contentious matters and sector‑specific disputes such as technology, media and entertainment. You’ll receive guidance while being encouraged to take responsibility for client work and contribute to business development.

• 2–4 years post‑qualification experience in dispute resolution / commercial litigation
• Strong drafting, advocacy‑oriented and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing files, dealing directly with clients and working collaboratively in a team
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and building client relationships
