A Dispute Resolution team in Manchester is hiring an associate to work on a broad mix of commercial litigation, arbitration and insolvency-related matters. The team handles domestic and cross-border disputes across courts, arbitration and ADR for corporate and professional clients.

The role offers exposure to high-value and complex matters including contractual disputes, corporate and post-transaction disputes, insolvency litigation and sector-specific disputes (media, technology and financial services). You will work alongside experienced litigators and receive structured support and development mapped to clear career benchmarks.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 4–6 years' post-qualification experience in dispute resolution/commercial litigation
Proven drafting, analytical and advocacy skills; excellent attention to detail
Experience of insolvency-related litigation and/or commercial arbitration desirable
Commercial mindset, strong client-service orientation and willingness to develop business development skills
