Mid-level associate role in a busy Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency team based in Melbourne. You will work on complex commercial disputes, class actions and restructuring/insolvency matters, with direct exposure to partners and senior lawyers and opportunities to lead aspects of files.

The role offers substantive client-facing responsibility, collaboration with global colleagues, and structured learning and development including secondment opportunities. The team handles large-scale, cross-border litigation and regulatory matters across a range of industries.

Approximately 2-4 years' PQE in commercial litigation at a top-tier or leading international law firm
Experience advising on commercial disputes; exposure to restructuring/insolvency and class actions advantageous
Strong drafting, research and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent matter management, ability to prioritise competing tasks and work collaboratively
Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and building client relationships
