Senior Associate role in a top-ranked commercial disputes team based in Melbourne. The role involves advising on complex commercial litigation, contentious regulatory matters, internal investigations, inquiries and class actions for domestic and international clients.

You will take ownership of files, provide commercial and technical advice, and work closely with local and cross-border teams. The team offers strong client exposure, structured learning and opportunities to work on high‑profile, multi-jurisdictional disputes.

5+ years post-admission experience in commercial litigation or disputes (private practice or in‑house).
Proven experience advising on commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and/or class actions.
Excellent academic record, strong legal research and drafting skills, and a practical, commercial approach.
Ability to manage files, work to tight deadlines, and collaborate across teams and jurisdictions.
Strong communication and client-facing skills; proactive, collegiate and keen to develop business relationships.
An interest in innovation, AI and emerging legal technologies.
