We are seeking a talented associate with 2–4 years' post-qualification experience to join our Melbourne insurance litigation practice. Working closely with two highly regarded partners, you will manage a varied caseload of insurance disputes, including personal injury, institutional abuse, medical liability, professional indemnity, and general insurance matters for leading Australian and international insurers.

In this role, you will advise clients on liability, quantum, coverage, and resolution strategies; draft pleadings and correspondence; and participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings. You will also support business development initiatives and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualified lawyer with 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in insurance litigation or a related practice.
