Join a specialist Emerging Companies team within a Corporate Tech grouping advising high-growth technology and life sciences businesses across their growth lifecycle. The team acts for startups, scale-ups, universities/research organisations and a range of investors including angel investors, syndicates and venture capital funds.

The role is open to candidates based in London, Cambridge or Oxford and will involve cross-office collaboration on nationally and internationally significant matters. You will work on venture capital fundraisings, investor-side transactions and transactional support for portfolio companies.

1–5 years' PQE in corporate, venture capital or emerging companies work at a reputable law firm
Strong drafting and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication
Proven organiser able to manage own workload and meet deadlines
Team player with interpersonal confidence to build client relationships
Commercial mindset with willingness to support and undertake business development activities
Adaptable, resilient under pressure, proactive and able to work independently
Comfortable with legal tech and interested in projects to develop its use alongside client work
