The role offers significant client exposure on high-value cross-border transactions, responsibility for leading deal work, and close collaboration with colleagues across UK and international offices. Qualified lawyer in England & Wales or equivalent jurisdiction.
Several years' post-qualification corporate/M&A experience at a top-tier or international firm, with demonstrable cross-border deal exposure.
Fluent Russian language skills required for client-facing work in Central Asia and other markets.
Proven track record drafting SPA/shareholder/subscription agreements, joint venture documentation and managing complex transactions; experience supervising junior lawyers and supporting BD activities.
