Associate — Emerging Companies & Growth (Palo Alto, 3–5 years)

Top-tier corporate team is seeking a Palo Alto-based associate with 3–5 years’ experience to join an established Emerging Companies & Growth practice. The role focuses on advising early‑ and growth‑stage companies on general corporate matters and capital markets transactions, including support for issuers and underwriters on IPO-related work.

Associates will work on a mix of transactional matters, have client-facing responsibilities, and may participate in local business development to help grow the practice in the Bay Area. The group is a strategic priority for the office and offers a platform with significant recent growth.

• 3–5 years’ relevant law firm experience in emerging companies, growth‑stage corporate work, or capital markets
• Experience advising early‑stage and growth companies on general corporate matters
• Familiarity with capital markets and IPO processes preferred (advising issuers or underwriters)
• Strong academic credentials, commercial judgment, and ability to participate in business development
