High-growth technology and life-sciences focused law group in San Francisco seeks a mid-level EC/VC associate to lead financings and general corporate work for company- and investor-side clients. You will handle SAFEs and preferred-stock financings, corporate governance, formation and exit matters, and day-to-day counseling for founders, management teams and boards.

The role offers experience across the lifecycle of private companies (pre-seed through pre-IPO) and exposure to both startup and venture capital clients across industries such as AI, digital health, defense tech, gaming and fintech. The team operates as a dedicated EC/VC practice supporting high-growth companies and their investors.

4–8 years of transactional EC/VC or emerging-growth corporate experience.
Demonstrated experience with SAFEs, preferred-stock financings, corporate governance and formation/exit work.
Comfort counseling founders, executives and boards; experience representing both company-side and investor-side clients a plus.
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
