- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the District of Columbia
- Approximately 2 years' post‑qualification experience; prior experience at a large AmLaw firm preferred
- Demonstrated interest or experience in employee benefits, executive compensation, and equity‑based compensation
- Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
