Associate — Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation, Washington, DC

Join a national employee benefits and executive compensation practice in Washington, D.C. This associate role supports matters across equity plans and agreements, executive retention packages, retirement and welfare plans, and benefits and compensation aspects of M&A and other transactions. • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the District of Columbia
• Approximately 2 years' post‑qualification experience; prior experience at a large AmLaw firm preferred
• Demonstrated interest or experience in employee benefits, executive compensation, and equity‑based compensation
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
