Join a national liability-defence team handling complex employers' and public liability claims, including high-value and catastrophic injury matters. The role involves a mix of pre‑litigation and litigated files across non-volume and multi-track matters.

This is a client-facing position working with insurer and corporate insured clients; the team collaborates across several UK offices and uses technology and process innovation to streamline case handling. The post is full-time with a hybrid working pattern and offers exposure to cross‑office work and international quantum inquiries.

UK-qualified solicitor (3+ years' PQE) or CILEX-qualified with equivalent experience
Defence litigation experience up to high multi-track (EL/PL and motor experience advantageous)
Working knowledge of policy coverage and basic insurance issues
Strong analytical, communication and client-management skills; able to manage multiple files
Comfortable with hybrid and occasional cross-office working
