Senior-associate level role within a large international practice group advising on executive compensation, employee benefits and employment law issues in transactional and contentious contexts. The team works on cross-border restructurings, PE and M&A-related employment matters, works-council and collective issues, and litigation before labor courts.

The role offers early responsibility on complex, international matters, close collaboration across offices, and structured training and mentoring. Work includes drafting and negotiating compensation and benefits arrangements, advising on tax and securities implications, and supporting multi-jurisdictional client teams.

Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in employment/benefits or related corporate/tax advisory work
German legal qualifications (two state examinations) with strong academic record (at least “vollbefriedigend” standard)
Very good command of English; German fluency required for court and client work
Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and ability to work in international, cross-office teams
