Well-regarded Paris office is hiring an experienced employment law associate to join a 20‑lawyer social-law team. The role involves advisory and contentious work across complex employment matters, working closely with the team’s partners.

Typical matters include social aspects of restructurings (audits, transfers of activity, collective redundancies), employment issues in distressed companies (prevention, insolvency proceedings), individual employment relations, representation before labour courts and administrative bodies, and interaction with social partners.

The position is offered on a liberal collaboration contract, with hybrid working, competitive remuneration by experience, and immediate start preferred.

  • 5–6 years’ post‑qualification experience in employment / social law
  • Solid technical background in French labour law; experience with restructurings, collective redundancies and insolvency-related employment issues
  • Proven litigation and advisory experience before social courts and administrative bodies
  • Professional written and spoken English; strong Excel and general IT skills
  • Autonomous, client‑oriented team player with excellent communication skills
