Associate – Employment & Labor (1–2 years), Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Leading international law firm seeks an employment associate to join its Santa Cruz de Tenerife office. The role offers immediate involvement in contentious and advisory employment work across local and national matters.

You will join a multidisciplinary employment team, work on high‑profile transactions and disputes, and benefit from structured training, mentoring and international secondment opportunities within the firm’s global network.

• Degree in Law (or joint degree including Law).
• 1–2 years' PQE in a law firm specialising in Employment / Labor law.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong team player with solid technical knowledge, high motivation and professionalism.
