Senior associate-level role for a skilled employment lawyer with 4–5 years’ post-qualification experience. The role covers both contentious and non-contentious employment work across Australian and regional matters, acting for multinational and local employers.

Typical matters include internal investigations and workforce conduct issues, regulatory compliance, large-scale restructures, drafting employment documentation and employee incentive arrangements, and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions. Hybrid working is available.

  • 4–5 years’ PQE in employment law, with experience on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
  • Experience gained at a large international, regional or top-tier national firm preferred.
  • Strong drafting, investigation and advisory experience (contracts, policies, settlement agreements, restructures, employment due diligence).
  • Admitted/eligible to practise in Australia and able to work in Sydney; strong academic background, collaborative and proactive approach.
