Typical matters include internal investigations and workforce conduct issues, regulatory compliance, large-scale restructures, drafting employment documentation and employee incentive arrangements, and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions. Hybrid working is available.
- 4–5 years’ PQE in employment law, with experience on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Experience gained at a large international, regional or top-tier national firm preferred.
- Strong drafting, investigation and advisory experience (contracts, policies, settlement agreements, restructures, employment due diligence).
- Admitted/eligible to practise in Australia and able to work in Sydney; strong academic background, collaborative and proactive approach.
