Leading international employment team in Brussels is recruiting an associate to work across both individual and collective employment matters. The role offers a mix of advisory, transactional and litigation work, including drafting and terminating contracts, collective redundancies and employment aspects of restructurings.

You will work closely with client legal and HR teams and with colleagues across jurisdictions, gaining exposure to cross-border mandates and high‑profile matters. The team provides structured training and development on legal, technical and professional skills.

1–5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
Belgian law degree (postgraduate study or international study is a plus).
Native Dutch plus excellent English and French (oral and written).
Strong drafting, analytical and presentation skills; commercial and solution-oriented mindset.
