Experienced associate opportunity in a leading international employment practice. You will work on a broad, predominantly international employment & labor agenda, including restructuring, transaction-related employment issues, employee participation and compensation schemes, occupational pensions and co-determination matters.

The role also involves drafting and negotiating executive and director service agreements, and supporting commercial litigation and strategically important labour disputes. Flexible and mobile working is supported, and the team offers structured training and international collaboration.

German legal degree with above-average results
Strong English skills (written and spoken)
Experience with transaction-related employment work, restructurings or employee incentive schemes
Familiarity with occupational pensions, co-determination/collective labour law and executive contracts; litigation experience desirable
Commercial mindset, legal creativity and ability to work in international teams
