Associate — Employment & Labor, Los Angeles

Open role for an associate to join a busy labor & employment team in Los Angeles. The group focuses on employer-side work and handles high-volume litigation alongside counseling and internal investigations.

Litigation work is primarily class and representative actions, including wage & hour and discrimination matters. Candidates with experience in the class actions space will be well suited.

The team seeks candidates with at least three years' relevant law-firm experience in employment litigation who can handle complex motions, discovery and client-facing advice.

• Law school class years 2017–2021 (equivalent to ~3+ years' post-qualification experience)
• Minimum 3 years' experience at a law firm in employment/labor litigation
• Experience with class and representative actions, especially wage & hour and discrimination matters
• Strong litigation skills: drafting motions, managing discovery, and courtroom advocacy
