Associate — Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits

Join a global firm’s Executive Compensation team advising multinational clients on executive pay, employee benefits and equity-based compensation. The team handles domestic and cross-border work tied to corporate reorganizations, M&A, spin-offs, integrations and workforce reductions.

This role is open to candidates based in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto or Los Angeles and will work closely with US and international colleagues on transactional and advisory matters. The team values client service, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively on global, multi-disciplinary matters.

• 4–8 years post-qualification experience in executive compensation, employee benefits and equity compensation matters
• Significant experience supporting M&A and other transactional work involving compensation and benefits issues
• Admission and good standing in the bar of the state where the candidate will be based
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred; excellent writing, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment; strong academic credentials
