JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in California
5+ years of employment litigation experience with significant handling of wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions
Strong knowledge of California employment law and class action procedure
Proven experience managing complex litigation matters, including taking/defending depositions and handling court appearances independently
Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; strong organizational and case-management abilities
Demonstrated client-facing experience and ability to mentor junior associates
