Leading international law firm in Madrid is seeking an Employment & Labor associate to join its labour practice. The role offers exposure to high‑profile employment matters handled for domestic and international clients, within a collaborative team.

You'll work on a range of contentious and advisory employment mandates, participate in transaction support and litigation, and benefit from a structured training program and international secondment and mobility opportunities.

Law degree (or combined degree including Law).
1–8 years' post‑qualification experience in a specialist employment/labour practice at a law firm.
High level of English.
Strong teamwork, solid technical employment law knowledge and high motivation.
