Associate — Employment & Labor, New York

Growing US law firm seeks a 1–2 year associate to join its Employment & Labor practice in the New York office. The role combines day-to-day employment counseling for corporate clients and defense-side employment litigation, with regular support on M&A-related employment matters.

Work will involve client counseling across multiple jurisdictions (notably New York and Florida), drafting and managing employment-related documents, and collaborating with transaction teams. • 1–2 years post-qualification employment law experience (counseling and litigation)
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible and willing to pursue Florida admission
• Excellent drafting, communication and client-service skills; self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced transactional and litigation environment
