The position combines contentious and non-contentious employment work for multinational and local clients across sectors such as energy, resources, construction, financial services and technology.
Key responsibilities include advising on workplace investigations and misconduct, large-scale restructures, employee communications, executive incentives and employment aspects of transactions (due diligence, warranties, transfers). The role also involves drafting employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements, and supporting immigration and compliance matters.
- 4–5 years PQE in employment/labor law.
- Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including investigations and restructures.
- Background at a large international or regional top‑tier firm preferred; experience advising multinational clients advantageous.
- Strong drafting and advisory skills (contracts, policies, settlement agreements) and transactional employment experience (DD, warranties, transfers).
- Strong academic credentials, team-oriented, proactive and able to manage matters across the region.
