Apply in confidence →Seeks an employment associate (approx. 3+ years PQE) to join a well-regarded UK employment team in Leeds. The role combines contentious and non-contentious employment work across a range of sectors and client types.
The team advises on complex tribunal litigation, whistleblowing and business-protection issues, restructurings and broader HR matters. Hybrid working is offered with a regular office presence and occasional travel to other UK offices.
You will work closely with colleagues across practice areas, develop client relationships and be supported through formal training, mentoring and development programmes.
- Minimum c.3 years post-qualification employment law experience (contentious and non-contentious)
- Strong drafting, advocacy and case-management skills; commercial client focus
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, hybrid environment and engaging with internal teams
- Motivated, detail-oriented and committed to continuous professional development
